Instructions for uploading a design
Start by clicking on the 'Browse' button above and choosing the media you want on your board or drag and drop your chosen media onto the upload area above.
Recommendations for uploaded files:
- We can accept PNG or JPEG
- Due to the size large format of snowboards we recommend very high quality images only
- We can print at 300 dpi (dots per inch)
- The snowboard sizes we print are:
Small - 35cm x 151cm (13.8 inch x 59.4 inch)
Medium - 35cm x 165cm (13.8 inch x 65 inch)
Large - 35cm x 175cm (13.8 inch x 69.8 inch) - Aspect Ratio of 5 : 1
- Ideal pixel count of around 4200px x 21000px, for large board size.
- Minimum recommended board lengthways pixel count is ~3,000px
Once uploaded please use the cropping tool to centre the board in the area you would like printed.
Please note the snowboard outline is for illustrative purposes only.
Once you are happy with the positioning press the 'Crop' button.
With your snowboard Size selected you can 'Add to cart'
When the wrap is in your cart there will be a link next to the design with a small icon of your uploaded graphics. Click on this link.
In the new tab you will see the graphics you have uploaded in the exact format we will receive them.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE ZOOM IN ON THE GAPHICS IN THIS NEW WINDOW TO A SIZE SIMILAR TO THAT OF YOUR SNOWBOARD THIS WILL BE THE PRINT QUALITY.
While we do everything we can to ensure the custom designs you provide are of the highest quality we can only work with what you give us. TOPAGRAPHICS cannot be held liable for any issues with the media quality.
In some instances we may use software to increase the resolution and reformat the images.
Troubleshooting issues:
- We have a minimum resolution limit for uploads of 498px x 2490px. This is in place to ensure the media we receive is of highest quality so that we can give the best print possible.
- If you get a resolution error please try rotating your wide format image into portrait before uploading.
- The board outline is there as a guide and will not exactly match your equipment. please ensure you leave sufficient margin around the graphics.
- If you see unsupported file type. Please try and convert them to JPEG or PNG.

We will do what we can to support. If you have artwork that you are trying to upload you can include that in the email and we can check if that is compatible.

The responsibility lies solely with the customer who submits artwork for a wrap to ensure that all components within the artwork have the appropriate usage rights and permissions. Topagraphics will not accept any responsibility or liability for any images or artwork supplied by a customer that violates copyright laws.
