At TOPAGRAPHICS, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality printed wraps. We understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary, and we want to ensure a clear and fair returns policy for our valued customers. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:

30-Day Return Period:
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The items must be unused and in a resalable condition.
- All items must be returned, including any accessories or additional components.

Custom Graphics:
- For items shipped with custom graphics, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
- Print image quality issues are the responsibility of the customer who provided the graphics, We will do everything we can prior to print to confirm the quality of the input media is acceptable but cannot be held liable for issues with the graphics once they have been approved by the customer.

Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of items.
- Please ensure that returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged Items in Transit:
- Any items damaged during transit should be reported to sales@topagraphics.com within 3 days of receiving the package.
- Include images of the damaged items and packaging to expedite the resolution process.

Product Inspection and Installation:
- Check the product carefully prior to installation.
- For any issues found, contact sales@topagraphics.com immediately and we will work to find a solution.
- Once the wrap has been used, it can no longer be returned.

Improper Installation:
- Follow the provided installation instructions carefully to avoid any issues.
- Damage caused by improper installation is not the responsibility of TOPAGRPAHICS.
- Contact sales@topagraphics.com to explore possible solutions, even if a return is not an option.
